SOUND BATHS

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound frequencies to invite a state of calm, relaxation, and healing. Participants are “bathed” in the vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tones while lying down or seated comfortably.

What happens during a sound bath session?

You’ll typically lie down on a comfortable mat or blanket with your eyes closed while the facilitator plays a series of soothing instruments. There’s no water involved—just sound. You simply relax and let the vibrations work through your body and energy system.

What are the benefits of a sound bath? People often report:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Enhanced clarity and focus

  • Better sleep

  • Emotional release

  • Feeling grounded and reconnected

Sound therapy can also support physical and energetic healing.
