What is a Reiki Session? 

A Reiki session is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and balance in the body, mind, and spirit. The practitioner places her hands above the body to help allow healing energy to flow. Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and are deeply calming.

How does Reiki work?

Reiki works by bringing universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient. This energy flows to where it’s most needed in the body, helping to clear energetic blockages, balance the chakras, and activate the body’s natural healing processes. It doesn’t require physical touch, though light touch is often used.
